We produce our Dutch rusks (known locally as ‘Beschuiten’) using artisanal methods and all natural ingredients. Our special doughs are made with three types of ‘new old’ grains – Oats, Barley and Spelt.
The only thing we add to the recipe is time, and generous helpings of craft and passion. Then we bake them to crisp and delicious perfection.
Our rusks are naturally low in sugar, and next to the standard size they are also available in a cute ‘mini’ format.
