A tasty and responsible alternative
With our artisan crackers and rusks, we offer a healthy and tasty alternative to bread. Whether for a responsible choice or a moment of indulgence – with coffee or as a snack – our pretzels, caramel sticks and cinnamon sticks are ideal.
Our range consists of a wide variety of crackers: from multigrain, seeds and cheese to vegetable varieties and lower carb options. This way, we offer a suitable solution for every preference and lifestyle.
We not only supply our products to the Dutch market, but also export to various international markets, including Belgium, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, the United States and the Scandinavian countries.
Airiness of the yeast
Unique flavour thanks to yeast dough
What makes us unique is that we are the only bakery that uses yeast dough to make biscuits. We give the dough enough time to rise. You can taste it in the slightly sour flavour and the lightness created by the yeast. This makes the taste of our pretzels, caramel sticks and cinnamon sticks extra special. We never lose sight of the original traditional recipe of our grandfather Piet.

Natural ingredients 
Crunchy TASTE
We put as many natural ingredients in our products as we can, such as barley, seeds and oats. We use many high-fibre seeds and grains in both our dough and toppings, such as sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds. You can tell by the crunchy flavour.

Healthy and rich in fibre
We use as few additives and E numbers as possible. And in crackers and rusks, we also use as little sugar and salt as possible.
In addition, we are committed to developing gluten-free, vegan, organic and low-carbohydrate products. When we make organic products, we use the same raw materials as usual, but exclusively organically grown. Our product development department develops our crackers, rusks and biscuits until they have the right traditional look and taste. 
In addition to taste, the Nutri-Score is also very important. We develop our crackers and rusks to achieve a Nutri-Score A rating as much as possible. But we also use wholemeal and fibre-rich ingredients as much as possible.
